This month, three senior leaders said a similar thing to me:


“I wish I’d addressed this a few weeks ago.”


By the time we spoke:–

  • frustration had built

  • the issue had spread

  • performance had slipped


Nothing dramatic. Just… delayed.


Most leadership problems don’t start with capability.

They start with avoidance. Or a lack of clarity.


-> The conversation you delay.

-> The standard you don’t reinforce.

-> The decision you leave open.
