Fulfillment is a hot topic among my coaching clients, friends, and former colleagues. We all want to live a life that’s meaningful and satisfying, but how do we actually achieve that?

Step 1: Define Your Values and Priorities

Fulfillment starts with understanding what matters most to you. What are your core values? What are your priorities? What does success look like for you? Ask yourself:

  • What and who matters most to me?

  • What will I never compromise on?

This clarity helps you align your actions with your purpose and values.

Step 2: Assess Your Life Alignment

Once you’ve defined your values, then ask, “are you living according to these values”? Consider:

  • Are there unresolved issues weighing you down?

  • Are you spending too much time at work and not enough with family?

  • Do you feel anxious, burned out, or stuck?

These can be signs that something’s out of balance.

Step 3: Seek Help, Feedback and Insights

Share your thoughts with people who know you well. Ask for their insights and perspectives to:

  • Challenge your assumptions and habits

  • Identify blind spots

  • Gain a clearer picture of yourself and your motivations

Clear Purpose → Clear Goals → Clear Plans → Clear Daily Actions ✓

When I left the finance world to embark on my coaching career, I discovered a deeper purpose: to inspire and help others, starting with myself. This self-discovery has been immensely fulfilling and has allowed me to guide others on their journeys.

Stay balanced, stay fulfilled!
